Modern Slavery Statement

Midwinter Solutions Ltd is publishing our sixth statement in support of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Midwinter fully supports the Act in the abolishment of human slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking.

Midwinter Solutions specialises in worldwide services within the pharmaceutical industry including Clinical Trial Supply, Reference Drug Supply and Portfolio Management. All of Midwinter’s services directly relate to our goal of adding value to the clinical supply chain. Each financial year Midwinter Solutions will continue to publish a statement setting out the progress and steps it has taken towards tackling this issue.

This is Midwinter Solutions sixth statement and is for the financial year ending February 2026. It is made pursuant to section 54(6) of the Act.

In order for Midwinter to support this Act, and to identify and mitigate risk, we continue to:

• Educate employees and encourage them to report any activities that they consider to be acts of modern slavery
• Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains
• Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains
• Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains
• Protect whistle blowers
